MT7-TL10 update faild

am try to flash my phone with new recovery so now its not start
when power my phone on i got this



am try to update it with more firmwares but always faild
and try also from fastboot and adb but i canot flash recovery or boot file
so please how can i fix it and make it working like before

Hello , I have tried to root my device Samsung galaxy s4 at&t mobile many time and the result ends with fail I tried to root it with pc and without pc but it tells me that there is a problem , I searched about that problem many time but I had the same result of each try , my device model I9505xxUFNB
