Is it impossible to flash an AOSP rom on a rooted AT&T S5 Active?

Hello!

I've done some reading and having not gotten a satisfactory answer I thought I'd throw my question out to the community.

I'm currently running Twisted Lollipop v7.

I can Odin back to stock 4.4.2 whenever and redo towelroot and install safestrap etc.

I've been unsuccessful at flashing an AOSP rom and wanted to confirm once and for all if it is truly impossible to flash Blisspop or Cyanogenmod or Sonic or any of those I enjoyed on my trusty old S3 onto my unlocked At&T S5 Active.

If it is not possible I will get rid of this unlocked AT&T S5 active and get a used what? The T-mobile variant? The international variant? I just want to be able to flash whatever the hell I want without too much hassle! I do like the phone other than that though!

Galaxy S4 Active With 4.4.2 NH4 ( Options & Opinions For Updating Welcome )

Just got this att G4 ACTIVE On Str@ightT@lk
SGH-I537
BaseBand version = I537UCUCNH4
Build number = KOT49H.I537UCUCNH4
OTA updated To NH4. Never been rooted.
It fails to update any further to Lollipop.
After downloading the update it restarts and says Installing...... but before its done it reboots.
MESSAGE Update Failed "Software Update Interrupted"
I tried manual method, renaming the file to update.zip on SD and get this ERROR
"error tmp/sideload/package.zip status 7" During install
it wipes the phone and no update

Unlocked Galaxy S6 Active?

I would like to purchase the GS6A from Amazon. It's without a plan but it is locked. Will I be able to unlock it in my country if I don't have any account at ATT's, etc?
How does that work?

Best strategy for updating an unlocked S5 Active

Last phone(s) I updated via Odin were S4 Active, received a couple repaired S5 Active(s), both unlocked GSM (for AT&T and similar)

Is there a recent thread (did search first but not sure of results) with the multi-gigabyte link for download archive if so, kindly post it and I will download the 5x image and update these phones.

Apart from powering these on, have just verified they run 4.4 and are unlocked but will not insert SIM card until I have updated these.

Kindly note.. Yes, I do understand I could simply insert SIM and allow AT&T to do their thing OTA.

how can i active finger pointer effect on lollipop as i said on subject? it's easy to active it on kit kat with SQ lite editor.

1) Download sqlite editor app. Apk in attachment

2) Open the app and give it root permissions. It should populate a list.

3) Scroll and Tap the "Settings Storage"

4) Tap "Settings.db"

5) Tap "System"

6) Scroll down until you find "finger_air_view_pointer" then change value " 1 "

we don't have finger_air_view_pointer settings on lollipop. is it possible to get this feature back lollipop?

Please help!!!, want to buy the s6 active at&t will unlock it but won't ship it to canada, best buy, amazon, .Com won't ship either and the Canadian sites don't have it. Am I missing something .... please someone help this is getting stupid ...

Will S6 Active be ROOTED?

Hey, I'm looking to pick up a new phone and the S6 Active looks fantastic. Will this phone eventually be rooted? Or, is it a possibility that the phone could go by the wayside and never receive a root option.

I need your help, i'm using Lewa OS for Nokia XL and when i tried install Xposed Framework, it's showed me "the latest version of xposed is currently not active. did you install the framework and reboot?" please how i can fix this ? sorry for my bad english ! :)
