Annoying camera and wifi problems with p8000

I got this phone a few days ago and it would be good if it didn’t have 3 annoying problems which are disconnects from wifi (plus it won't reconnect), camera won't open (it says the gallery has stopped working) and google now searches come up blank, the only way to fix these is to reboot the phone and I have to do this 3 times a day, is this a rom problem or a problem with the phone itself? I have the default rom which came rooted

Open with issue annoying

Can't believe how many times the open with (pick an app) option saves permanently (can only decouple from settings).

How is there no way to disable this. Sometimes I open docs with papyrus and sometimes hancom
