I can't use my virtual keyboad when connecting my ipega BT controller to my Phone.

I can't use my virtual keyboard when connecting my ipega BT controller to my Phone.
Im using cherry mobile omega spectrum JellyBean4.2.2
i have used my ipega BT controller on on other kitkat phones
my phone dont have a
option for on/off Hardware Physical Keyboard for input method
what should I do or install
can any one help me...
