Android App or cross platform application?

Hey guys

i am planning to create an Eventapp for an event i am planning.

The first step is to choose the best option between classic apps Andoid/iOS App (so two apps) and a cross platform app (like phone gap.com).

Since the app should provide various features (overview listed below) i am not sure which option i should choose.

Features:
• User registration / login / password forgotten
• Community functions such as user profiles / chat / user overview / meeting appointments
• Time Table of several workshops / speeches
• Stand overview (Map)
• Sponsors and Partners
• Votingprocess for several contests
• Voting of questions for Q & A sessions
• Matching-Process for users
• Indoor GPS navigation (optional)

Is it possible to get all these funcitons in a smooth crossplatform app?
