IMEI ( SIM ) Null Lenovo Vibe X2-TO

Hi
My Lenovo Vibe X2-TO one of my sims IMEI Unknown , WIFI unknown, BT unknown and S/N 000000 .
This happen after installing new firmware I tried all ways I found on the internet but nothing is working I tried ( MTK android, Maui Meta 3G, EngineeringMode, SN&IMEI writer)
but still not working mobile get load meta mode and then failed to update please I need help for this.

Lenovo Vibe X2-TO need multi language Rom

Hi I bought Lenovo Vibe X2-TO while I was in China when I comeback here I facing Google Services problem Google play Services is not working also it is not working in China, so I need Rom for that Model mobile if there is any one can help me :)
