[Q] Marshmallow Visual Voicemail settings - manual entry?

With 6.0 making the rounds now with OTA's coming through I'm interested to know if it's possible to turn on Visual Voicemail even though carriers would (likely) not have enabled it yet. In my situation, my carrier supports Visual Voicemail for iPhone users but android is not yet supported. I'm wondering if there's a way that anyone knows of, to manually enter the carrier settings for it to be used.

For reference, I'm on Vodafone in Australia, and a random dev has made an app for visual voicemail which works on Android but its nice to have it natively.

So I bought my Gear S2 on release day kind of knowing I was gonna return it for the 3G when it dropped, but then I kind of fell in love with the look and feel of this one, just miss the speaker option, but I knew the speaker comes at a price, a 2mm price and I'm not really.sure I wanna make this watch bulky and seeing a side by side has me kind of confused on what to do now.

I grab an official side pic of the Gear S2 and Gear S2 3G and laid them over top of each other exactly to show how much thicker the 3G model, quite a bit more bulk to it ... wondering if the speaker and wait is worth it now especially since I'm really happy with this watch minus the lack of speaker. I worry that the extra plastic will make it feel more like a cheap toy or something ... thoughts?

Marshmallow Visual Voicemail

I know it's supported by T-Mobile. I can't get it to work whatsoever. I'm not even getting notifications that I'm getting voicemail. When I check them every caller is unknown. I've always used Google voice on every phone. I flashed the factory image and set up my mailbox. Is there something im missing to get visual voicemail to work?
