is this softbrick?

Help pls..When I try to open an apps it will open but after a few seconds.. it will restart automatically.. I try factory reset and reset in recovery but nothings happen..by the way my phone is xperia tipo st2li.. already rooted and unlockbootloader.

G2 Mini D618 Softbrick

Can someone help? Been searching the internet for over 24 hours for a solution and I can't seem to find one.

I was attempting to flash Android lollipop kdz on my G2 mini, but I accidentally closed it because the language was in Korean and now my phone doesn't work.

It only boots into download mode, and when I connect it to my computer it recognizes as a MTP USB device and attempts to install drivers but fails immediately.

Theoretically if I can get it to recognize on the computer as a com port I can flash stock on it and it should be fine, but I have no clue how and I'm afraid to fiddle with the flashing tool to make matters worse.

Can anyone tell me what can I do please? Any more info you need ill be happy to provide.

when i connect the phone(soft bricked), flashtool automatically detects that it is connected to flash mode already.
when i start flashing the stock rom, it eventually stops flashing because my phone would reboot. tried repeating the process again and again but the phone keeps rebooting.

any ideas on how can i fix this myself or do i really need to go to a technician.

softbrick after a dirty install of cm-12.0-YNG1TAS17L-bacon-signed on updated onplus1

hello guys. i got a oneplus one from a fren which was running on the stock rom smoothly. he updated the stock rom from the small update package that displays in the rom one 1 week back and since the update loudspeaker were not running, vol up and down button not working ( though ear peice vol up down works ) and usb port was charging but was not detected by pc.
i looked at him phone and went to the 3 dot menu of the storage option after connecting to my pc but when i clicked on the usb computer connection option, it would alwasys tell that usb in now disconnected.

it does not hav a custom recovery or unlocked boot loader . but i was able to get in fastboot mode from the advanced reboot option. but still the phone was not detected by pc ( i hav the adb drivers installed ).

so as i was desperate i did a dirty flash of cm-12.0-YNG1TAS17L-bacon-signed on the existing rom from the cyanogen recovery. and now when i boot this phone it gets stuck on the cyanogen boot logo. :(:(:(:(:(
now i cant do anything from the limited hardware buttons. ( vol up down button not working and one plus one not detected on PC )

plzzz someone help
