Nexus 6P French sales conditions

Hi,
Do you know if Google will bill the Nexus 6P with French VAT, and if it will be possible to have a bill.
I ask this question because my company wants to buy one but we need to buy it with French VAT and a bill.
I don't know if you will understand my question, so feel free to ask precisions.

(Nexus 5 and 4 were sold with french VAT, but we want to be sure, Nexus 6P will be)

The closest thing I could find is a comparison of its sales compared to the Note 6+ Edge but no concrete numbers.

I wonder if Samsung is keeping silent on the numbers because sales are disappointing?

If sales were record-breaking, I'm sure they would market it and love to throw it in Apple's face.
