Various problema with Idol 3

Few days ago I've bricked my Idol trying to flash xPosed. Unfortunatley I haven't red posts about what after bricking so I hard deset phone. So I gave it to friend in certified service to restore it. He said that all flashing goes trought Alcatel web servera. They detected illegal hacking and automaticly lose warianty. He repaired it by replacing main board and now it's 5.0.2 version.

Now I have problems with phonebook (loseing contacts) and SMS on slot 2 (can't receive message).

For now I'm experiencing that problems.
Does anyone else bave similliar problems?
Any ideas for fixing sms ?
