FM radio disabled by some U.S. Carriers

I finally got fed up with U.S. carriers turning off the FM chips in a lot of their smart phones. I just started a petition on the White House petitions site, We the People. Will you sign it? http://wh.gov/iPm2L

Has anyone disabled connected as installer mode on the note 2

theres other threads on this but theyre all old and lead nowhere. i enabled hidden menus by changing OFF to ON in the hidden menu file that has that option. typed *#0808# in the dialer and get the menu to select MTP + ADB. that fixes it but after a reboot it always reverts back. it never sticks. also renamed autorun.iso so the verizon software iso would stop loading, but my computer just sees an empty cd drive now and my phone still goes to installer mode automatically so it doesnt really make a difference. has anyone figured out how to make this permanent?

Disabled updates and sideloaded stock rom

I did this a while ago when development was really slow and flashing pre rooted roms was a hassle. I disabled updates via the "pm disable com.amazon.dcp" method while I had root. After a while the AFTV got sluggish and so I decided to sideload a stock image and lose root in order to stay up to date with the newest software. Well, I forgot to enable updates again before sideloading the stock rom and losing root. Now my device can't update, I can't sideload even stock images I don't believe, and I'm stuck on a version that is not rootable. Am I completely screwed because I did not "pm enable com.amazon.dcp" prior to flashing a stock image?

OEM unlock is disabled

I need a little help here, I am trying to unlock my bootloader , I have already able oem unlocking and install the proper driver. But everytime I try fastboot oem unlock , it just reply " failed : oem unlock is disabled " in CMD. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Moto x play - cpu z showing processor 2 disabled. And laggy ui

Iam getting noticeable ui lag on my new moto x play. Iam coming from moto x and i havnt face any similar issues with x. And when i checked the cpu-z. It is only showing 7 cores at process and one is disabled. I dont know if its a problem. I just want to know why it is disabled..
