Stuck in custom Twrp (LG F60)

Hello, so yesterday I saw that the LG F60 had an update released. So I went along and installed it. After it finished installing it rebooted and it went straight to my twrp (TeamWin) and it started to flash a file. I have no idea what that file was, but after it flashed the file it rebooted back into twrp. After that happened I tried rebooting but it just kept taking me to the damn twrp.

Any way I can fix this?
