Stuck at Google boot screen with unlock logo after marshmallow.

I downloaded the factory image from Google and confirmed that the md5 matched. I then used the flash-all batch file and I'm stuck on the Google boot screen and it never goes any further. I have tried manually formatting the userdata, cache and system partitions and then manually fastboot flashing the partitions inside the zip as well as the bootloader. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
