phone killed 900$ of sd cards in 3 weeks??

so in the last 3 weeks my s4 has killed
4 128gb sandisk ultras (3 paid for as they were not covered due to being damaged by the phone 4th was replaced free)
2 64gb samsung evo's (from the samsung retail store)
2 32gb samsung evo's (again from the retail store)
a dozen+ 16gb cards from samsung/sandisk/nokia/misc cards
2 carrier provided micro sd cards (samsung evos again)

what the hell is up with the s4?

its a stock i9507(i9505) too....not even rooted.

just today it killed another evo (2 day old card!!!!!)
the phone's been to samsung 4 times too i could have bought a new s4 for the amount its cost to have them tell me there's not a single thing wrong with it.

has anyone seen anything like this with an s4?

ive also been through a dozen batteries in 3 months.

the phone is pristine there's no reason why it should be doing this.

i've had it in a lifeproof case from new till 2 weeks ago. out of the case it makes no differance and the phone runs much hotter when not charging.

while writing this. i was listening to a song via play music (all access) and suddenly i get "sd card removed" and now the card is unreadable. (pc is saying format card unknown size) (32gb samsung evo again)
