[MOD][10-15-2015]Cyanogen OS 12.1 Converter

The purpose of this mod is create a Cyanogen OS like experience for those of us that prefer to use CyanogenMod 12.1 rather than COS official builds.

This mod is still seemingly stable and is suitable enough for daily use. I just need to do some small tweaks to get Voice wakeup working. It is fully functional as is and has been tested extensively.

Notes/Known Issues:

Sometimes the App Themer gets buggy.. My solution.. Wipe all partitions and the Android folder off the Internal Storage. Reinstall ROM and this package.

Tested on standard CyanogenMod 12.1 SNAPSHOT builds only!!

Installation Order:

Reboot to recovery (TWRP preferred)
Wipe System, Dalvik, Cache, and Data partitions
Flash CyanogenMod 12.1 ROM
Flash Cyanogen OS Converter
Flash whatever else..
Reboot System
