Marshmallow/Gmail issue with Exchange/ActiveSync GAL



Office 365 ActiveSync directory (GAL) search no longer works on Android 6.0 (i flashed factory image)

- Exchange account is setup in GMail (worked fine in Android 5.1.1)
- Contacts show (just not those in the GAL as their name/email address are typed in)
- There are no errors, warning messages, or animations to show that it is searching the global address list/book

Anyone else experiencing this?

    Experiencing the same issue, had to install corporate address book as a workaround

    Works fine in other mail clients, ie outlook
