Hey guys, i was able to root my LG G3 yesterday successfully (was kind of surprised at how easy it was actually) using the program featured here: http://www.qbking77.com/how-to-root/...-all-variants/ (one click script).
I used the original cable that came with the phone, and while on windows 8.1
Everything went fine, my primary purpose was to root so that i can dial down the resolution of the phone. did that too without a problem (was able to switch resolutions and DPI a few times). it's only when i tried to download and install some xposed modules when everything went south. i only tried installing the g3 tweakbox, didnt even try to change any settings yet and then i experienced a problem.
Everytime i reboot, i get stuck on the LG logo. I can hear everything booting up fine (if i insert the cable, i can hear the charging sound, or if i do my password correctly, i can hear the confirmation sound etc.) and it stays there.
The only way i was able to fix things was to do a factory reset..
strange thing is that this time, whenever i try to adjust my device resolution, i get stuck on the LG logo on boot again (which used to work out without a problem).
Any ideas guys?
* only reason i created a new thread for this was that i looked around and other that had this problem had really different situations as to how they ended up getting stuck in the LG logo.
