Is there any rooting apk's that works on nvidia shield 5.1?

I flashed in supersu and half ass rooted it i think and root apps says it has been "granted root access through an interactive shell" and yet not root comfirmed as it still tries to gain root access.

Is there a way to "re-root it" through an apk on this device?
