Flashing Stock ROM

Hi!

Im new to the G4. I am from Austria and bought it online. I got following Version:

Factory Version
LGH815AT-00-V10c-TWN-XX-Aug-18-2015

SW Original Version
LGH815AT-00-V10c-OPT1-YT-Aug-18-2015

When I read right, this is the TWN Version and thats always one of the most new ones?

Would it eventought be possible to, for example, flash the EUR Open?
I'm asking because i got an Update for LG Health but not in german.
Would I have any disadvantages?
