*611 Routing on Unlocked Verizon Phone - How to Fix?

Hi guys,

I am in Canada and when I dial *611 on my phone it still goes to the Verizon customer service line and charges me long distance. How do I map *611 correctly on this phone? And how can I do it on a customized rom? It still maps *611 to call Verizon customer service on OptimalRom as well.
